Offering of securities

Petropavlovsk will issue another 5,925,925 new shares for bond conversion. The debt securities with a total principal amount of $800,000 will be converted into ordinary shares at a rate of $0.135 per share. The conversion will increase Petropavlovsk's share capital by 0.15% to 3.913 billion common shares.
