Mergers and Acquisitions

The shareholders of International Flavors & Fragrances approved an additional issue of ordinary shares as part of the merger with DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences. Upon completion, DuPont shareholders will own 55.4% of the combined company and IFF shareholders will own 44.6%. The transaction is expected to be closed in Q1 2021.
