YTEK's Board of Directors determined the redemption price of the Company's ordinary shares at the shareholders' request at ₽43.7 per paper. The right to demand redemption of shares owned by the Company will arise from shareholders who voted against or did not participate in the vote on granting consent to large transactions at the GOSA on September 30, 2020.
