Sistema Corporation and the Russian-Chinese Investment Fund intend to sell their stakes in Detskiy Mir and fully withdraw from the retailer's capital. Currently, Sistema's stake in Detskiy Mir is 20.38%, and that of the Russian-Chinese Investment Fund is 4.62%. Will be sold 184,750,001 shares of company through an accelerated book building procedure.
