Debts

AFK Sistema has entered into an agreement with Sberbank under which the pledge of MTS shares owned by the corporation is fully removed. The balance of debt on the loan to ₽60 billion, which was secured by shares of MTS, to date is ₽37.9 billion, and the repayment period has been extended to 2025. Withdrawal of the collateral was made possible as a result of an increase in the value of AFK assets and reduced debt burden.
