Offering of securities

The Board of Directors of Irkut NPK approved the decision to issue 42.373 billion common shares of the company by closed subscription in favor of United Aircraft Corporation. The price of the share issue will be determined by the Board of Directors no later than the beginning of the placement. The papers may be paid for in cash or by offsetting cash claims against Irkut NPK.
