Operator VimpelCom has closed the deal on purchase of 100% of Moscow fixed-line operator WestCall. The company provides digital telephone services, broadband Internet access, IP telephony, organizes channels and corporate networks for voice transmission and provides services for construction and maintenance of communication networks at commercial real estate objects. The amount of the transaction is not disclosed by the parties.
