NPO Nauka shareholders decided to establish a joint stock company. Andrey Tatuyev, a member of the Board of Directors, will become one of the co-founders. The size of the charter capital will be ₽607,373 million or 607,373 shares. NPO Nauka will receive 16.46% of the new company or 99,977 of its shares by paying for 546,518 of its own shares and cash in the amount of ₽510,724.
