Sistema is unlikely to achieve its strategic goal of reducing its debt to ₽140-₽150 billion by the end of 2020, said Vladimir Travkov, Vice President for Finance and Investment of the Corporation. Only funds from the sale of Detsky Mir shares will be used to repay the debt, while money from other sources will be used for new investments and other purposes.
