The developer Ingrad is going to introduce a layout for people working remotely in his projects. In the new apartments part of the premises will be converted into mobile offices, by increasing the working areas. Besides, within 2,5 - 3 years Ingrad plans to build 140 thousand sq. m. of office premises integrated into residential complexes. The company will erect several residential buildings, as well as two or three office buildings, among which there will be quarkings.
