Dividends

RusHydro's Board of Directors recommended that dividends for 2019 be paid in the amount of ₽0.036 per ordinary share, applying the rule that the minimum dividends for 2019 are to be paid at the three-year average. Dividend yield may amount to 5%. Shareholders should vote on the recommendation of the Board of Directors on September 30.
