VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation filed a lawsuit against its former CEO Mikhail Voevodin for damages in the amount of ₽4.07 billion. He led the Corporation for more than a decade, until may 2020, when he left his post early. Later, Voevodin became a person of interest in a criminal case of embezzlement of the company's assets on a particularly large scale.
