The Arbitration Court of Amur region dismissed the request of Petropavlovsk CEO Maxim Mescheriakov to cancel the interim measures taken at the request of Petropavlovsk MC CEO Sergei Yermolenko. The security measures prohibit the replacement of the CEO of Petropavlovsk MC and the management of Petropavlovsk production assets - Pokrovskoye, Malomyrskoye and Albynskoye mines.
