Business ownership structure

Marathon Retail company, associated with the main owner of Marathon Group investment company Alexander Vinokurov, acquired another 0.136% of Magnet shares worth about ₽629 million. At the end of August and beginning of September the company acquired shares, which together constitute 0.196% of the retailer's capital.
