Dividends

The Beluga Group Board of Directors approved a new dividend policy. The Company will direct at least 25% of consolidated IFRS net profit to dividends. Dividends are to be paid at least twice a year. The new dividend policy will formalize the dividend payment process carried out by the company earlier in 2020.
