Inter RAO increased its share in the joint venture with General Electric - Rus Gas Turbines Holdings from 50% to 50.99%. Thus, the company complied with the government's requirement that foreign companies should not have a 50% stake or more in joint production of gas turbines of large capacity in Russia.
