Offering of securities

Aeroflot's shareholders approved an additional issue of up to 1.7 billion common shares with a par value of ₽1. The papers will be placed by public subscription. The placement price will be determined at a later date. As a result of the additional issue, "Aeroflot" authorized capital may increase to 1.95 billion shares, which the joint stock company has the right to place in addition to outstanding shares.
