Bank Rossiya will buy back debts to Utair for the amount of ₽40 billion. The Bank is in negotiations with three state creditors - Sberbank, Trust and VEB. Having repurchased the debts, "Russia" may become the largest lender, and in pledge it will have a controlling stake in the airline - 50%, plus one share. At the end of 2019, Utair's total debt was estimated at ₽75.7 billion.
