BP and Microsoft signed an agreement to jointly develop energy systems aimed at reducing carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere. Microsoft will provide continuous use of the Microsoft Azure cloud system for BP's infrastructure, and the oil company will start supplying renewable energy to the IT giant. Microsoft aims to achieve 100% renewable energy use by 2025.
