Oracle is going to acquire a stake in TikTok. The deal will allow not to separate the American segment of service from the platform and create a separate firm that owns the application in the U.S., a minority stake in which Oracle will own. Also, the software vendor will ensure the security of stored and processed data of American users in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Foreign Investment of the United States.
