RussNeft aims to pay dividends on ordinary shares and bring the payments up to $100 million, but due to the crisis the terms will be shifted. Earlier it was reported that Fitch agency downgraded the company's rating to the pre-default one due to omission of two payments to the main creditor - VTB.
