Polymetal has completed the initial assessment of ore reserves at the Prognoz deposit. According to calculations, the deposit contains 142 million ounces of silver. The open-pit mining will last about 9 years, and the average annual production will be 13.5 million ounces of commercial silver at a total cost of $ 8 - 9 per ounce. Total capital investments in the project are estimated at $319 million.
