The Administration of St. Petersburg is negotiating with TGC-1 to transfer the Heat Grid St. Petersburg to the city. After the integration of "Heating Grid St. Petersburg" with the State Unitary Enterprise "Fuel and Energy Complex of St. Petersburg" administration will get control over most of the city heating systems. In return, TGC-1 can get some resources of the State Unitary Enterprise "Fuel and Energy Complex". Currently, TGC-1 owns 65.6% of the shares of Heating Grids.
