LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton requested permission from the European Union antitrust authorities to purchase the American Tiffany & Co. Eight out of ten antimonopoly permits have already been obtained. The company expects approval from the European Commission and Taiwan by November 24. Tiffany had previously sued LVMH in Delaware.
