Sberbank has leased 4700 sq. m. with 789 workcrafting spaces in the Poklonka Place business center on Poklonnaya Hill, where the company already occupies 40 thousand sq. m. of space. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed, the total cost of renting a flexible office can be 937-994 million rubles. Market participants call the deal the largest in the co-correction market in 2020 and one of the largest in the history of this segment.
