The owners of 143.97 million shares of Highland Gold Mining accepted the offer of Fortiana Vladislav Sviblov. The offer price is ₤3 per share and will be valid until November 3. As a result of the offer, Fortiana's share in the gold mining company will increase to 79.62%. As Fortiana will receive over 75% of Highland Gold, it plans to initiate delisting of the gold producer's shares from the London Stock Exchange.
