Delisting

Trading in Highland Gold Mining shares on the LSE will be closed from November 19, 2020. The decision on delisting was made at the request of Fortiana Holdings Limited, owned by Vladislav Sviblov, who as a result of the offer gets control over 79.62% of the gold miner. The Company recommends its shareholders to accept Fortiana's offer to repurchase the securities at ₤3 per share, which will continue until November 3, 2020.
