The Arbitration Court of Appeal started a new hearing of the claim against the FAS. The Company contests the fine of ₽300 thousand for failure to agree on the purchase of Job.ru and has previously obtained decisions in its favor. The review of the case may potentially give the FAS grounds to seek invalidation of the transaction.
