Offering of securities

Sibirsky Hotel has placed 500 million ordinary shares by closed subscription in favor of Khodas Dmitry Andreyevich, Khodyrov Emin Azhdar Ogly and LLC Sibirsky Hotel Finance at 0.38 per paper with the possibility of offset as payment for counterclaims to the company.
