Finan Fortum increased its stake in Unipro's parent company Uniper from 73.4% to 75.1%. Uniper said that it is now possible to conclude an agreement with Fortum on dominance and transfer of profits and losses. However, the Finnish company has ruled out any agreement on dominance and transfer of profits or squeezing out of Uniper's minority shareholders until the end of 2021.
