Business ownership structure

Royal Caribbean Group is selling its Azamara brand, including its fleet of three ships and related intellectual property, to private equity firm Sycamore Partners for $201 million. This will allow the company to focus on developing the Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea brands. The deal is scheduled to close in Q1 2021.
