Hain Celestial acquires That's How We Roll for $259 million. That's How We Roll produces and sells chips and cookies under the ParmCrisps and Thinsters brands, respectively. The company had net sales of $108 million for the 12 months ended Sept. 30, 2021. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2021.
