Aptiv acquires Wind River

Aptiv acquires Wind River from TPG Capital for $4.3 billion. Wind River develops software to accelerate digital transformation in all industries, including automotive, aerospace, defense, medical and telecommunications. The company had about $400 million in revenues for 2021. The deal is scheduled to close in mid-2022.
