EuroSibEnergo is forcibly buying out all shares of Irkutskenergo's minority shareholders

EuroSibEnergo sent a demand to Irkutskenergo shareholders to buy back their securities at ₽14.37 per share. The owners of the redeemable shares are determined as of February 28, 2022.
