Nestlé Buys Protein Shake Maker

Nestlé Health Science acquires a majority stake in Orgain. The company makes protein shakes, powders and snacks for healthy eating. Nestlé will also have an option to buy Orgain's remaining stake in 2024. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
