Enterprise приобрела Navitas Midstream Partners

Enterprise Products Partners has completed its $3.25 billion acquisition of Navitas Midstream Partners' natural gas production and processing partnership. The partnership owns 1,750 miles of pipeline and will have more than 1 billion cubic feet per day of cryogenic natural gas processing capacity once the Leiker plant is operational. The plant is scheduled to be completed this quarter.
