Volkswagen talks with shareholders about IPO of Porsche AG

Volkswagen Group is negotiating with Porsche Automobil Holding for a public offering of shares in Porsche AG. The parties have concluded a framework agreement, which will be the basis for further steps in preparing a potential IPO of Porsche AG. The agreement must be approved by the boards of directors of both companies.
