The Toronto-Dominion Bank's GAAP net income for the first three months of fiscal year 2022 was C$3.733 billion, up 13.9% from C$3.277 billion in the previous year. Revenue increased 4.3% to C$11.281 billion from C$10.812 billion a year earlier.
