Maxim Basov will head RusAgro's Board of Directors

Board of directors of RusAgro will be chaired by Maxim Basov instead of Vadim Moshkovich. He has been the company's general director for the past 12 years. However, he resigned in January 2021, handing over management of the company to Timur Lipatov, who before joining Rusagro was head of Alexei Mordashov's Power Machines from 2018 to 2021.
