Hudson's Bay could become a buyer of the Kohl's department store chain, sources told Reuters. The company plans to offer about $60 a share. However, Kohl's believes its securities are worth more than $70 a share. Kohl's is now capitalized at about $8.76 billion, or $62.98 a share.
