Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley will prepare Mobileye IPO

Unmanned car company Mobileye, owned by Intel, has hired Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to prepare for an IPO, sources told Reuters. The initial public offering is due at the end of this year, and the company's valuation could be about $50 billion. Intel and Mobileye, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs declined to comment.
