Thoma Bravo and Anaplan have amended the agreement to buy the latter

Anaplan and investment firm Thoma Bravo have amended the terms of the purchase agreement. Anaplan shareholders are now being offered $63.75 per share instead of the original $66. The closing date of the deal remains June 30, 2022.
