Shareholders of Ice Cream Rus once again decided to float 3 billion shares

Shareholders of Ice Stream Rus decided to increase its share capital by placing 3 billion ordinary shares. The securities will be placed by private subscription in favor of Ice Stream Finance. At the end of last year, the company began placing the same number of securities by private subscription in favor of Ice Steam Finance and Ice steam technology OU at a price of ₽0.129 per share. However, the Bank of Russia suspended the issue.
