Inter RAO bought Siemens Energy's power engineering assets in Russia

Inter RAO acquired Siemens Energy's 65% stake in STGT, a joint venture with Power Machines. In addition, an Inter RAO structure became the owner of Voronezh Transformer, a Voronezh plant of Siemens Energy. The enterprise was acquired by Dutch RAO Intertech B.V. The business of producing high-quality transformers adds synergy to the engineering assets acquired in 2021, the company notes.
