Arbitration Court ordered Solikamsk Magnesium Works to convene an EGM

Arbitration Court of Perm region granted the claims of Rosimushchestvo and ordered Solikamsk Magnesium Works to hold within 70 days an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the following issues of the agenda: "On approval of the new edition of the company charter"; "On the election of members of the company Board of Directors"; "On the election of members of the company Revision Commission".
