Alexander Mechetin resigned as Chairman of the Board of Beluga Group

Founder and main beneficiary of Beluga Group Alexander Mechetin resigned prematurely as Chairman of the company's Management Board. Konstantin Prokhorov was appointed chairman of the board as of December 8. His term of office is five years. Previously, Mr. Prokhorov served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
