Qiwi buying a major player in the online advertising market

Qiwi is buying digital advertising agency Realweb. Company has entered into an agreement to acquire 78% in Realweb, another 22% will be bought within six months. Companies do not disclose the amount of deal, but according to co-owner of Realweb Emin Avetisyan, it is within the market value. RealWeb's revenue for 2022 was ₽24 billion, EBITDA was ₽470 million.
