Samolet will issue tokens for a fraction of the cost of the apartment

Developer Samolet is working on the issue of launching digital financial assets for residential real estate. Tokens for a portion of the value of an apartment may appear as early as the first quarter of next year. By buying such a token, the customer acquires a part of the real estate object that provides the asset, which can provide the CFA acquirer with passive income at the expense of the apartment value when the house is commissioned. The company plans to sell the tokens through brokers.
