Rosbank bought Polza-Finance ICC

Rosbank bought the microcredit company Polza-Finance. This is the fourth systemically important bank in Russia that has entered the microloan market. Alfa-Bank, Sovcombank and TCS Group Holding are already developing similar lines of business.
