Gas production in Russia dropped by 11.8% to 672 billion cubic meters by the end of the year, mainly due to Gazprom, reports Kommersant. Due to the events of February 2022, Gazprom reduced supplies to Europe to historic lows. Independent producers, on the contrary, have increased production - Rosneft by 16%, NOVATEK by 1.7% - and can thus increase its share of the domestic market.
